The OMA partner HERTLING has moved the town hall in Mainz
The furniture of 360 workplaces with the associated workplace IT was moved. Protection measures were implemented to protect the long walkways and the elevators. A particular challenge was relocating the archives with a total length of over 4,000 meters during this object move.
Of course, the sorting sequence was adhered to during the move, so that each file can be found in its original place at the new location. The furniture was professionally dismantled by trained fitters by the OMA partner Germany HERTLING and reassembled at the unloading point.
The office move had a total volume of 2500 cubic meters and was carried out in 10 days. Thanks to the European partners in the Office Moving Alliance, OMA and its members are able to offer their customers office removals and all related services throughout Europe.
