To ensure and maintain quality and to improve environmental performance, HERTLING is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN 12522 and DIN EN ISO 14001. In about a month, we expect the SVG auditors at our locations to carry out the monitoring audits of the aforementioned management systems.
A surveillance or monitoring audit is not a certification audit or a recertification audit in which the actual certificate is issued for the first time or again.
The on-site surveillance audit is used between the actual certification dates to check whether the requirements are being actively implemented.
Nevertheless, a surveillance audit also means a considerable amount of preparation for our team, so that all information and evidence can be presented to the auditors on the day of the audit.
And despite our years of experience and daily work with the management systems, there is always a little bit of stage fright 😊
