Tested quality - at Hertling - Hertling is still certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and 14001!
At the beginning of September SVG-Zert carried out the surveillance audit in our houses in Frankfurt and Berlin.
In addition to a very intensive check of the internal figures, results, processes and measures, we were also checked "outside" with our customers during an ongoing move to see whether we were carrying out our work according to the specifications of our IMS manual.
According to the very satisfied customer, that was absolutely the case. However, the auditor was also able to determine this positively during his control, as can be seen in the picture.
Fortunately, the entire Hertling team was so involved in following, maintaining and improving the specifications from the integrated management system that the SVG-Zert auditors were able to confirm the DIN EN ISO 9001 and 14001 certification.
