Yesterday, six of our employees from the Frankfurt HERTLING branch got an initial training / repetition training for fire protection and evacuation helpers.
During this training, which is required by the Occupational Safety and Health Act, the employees were familiarized with the use of fire extinguishing equipment through expert instruction and practical exercises and will subsequently be commissioned by the company as fire protection assistants.
The aim of the training is the safe handling and use of fire extinguishing equipment to combat fires without endangering themselves and to ensure that employees can safely escape the office building.
After the theoretical part it got hot... everyone had to get to the fire extinguishers and put out the only simulated fire.
