The work equipment used in the companies must be kept in an operationally safe condition to maintain safety at work and thus the health of the employees.
The accident prevention regulations (UVV) and thus the binding obligations for companies for the annual inspection are regulated by the Industrial Safety Ordinance (BetrSichV) and the DGUV regulations (= regulations of the German statutory accident insurance).
The swap bodies that we use to carry out moves and for the short-term storage of removal, goods are work equipment and hence must be safety checked at least once a year.
We are currently carrying out the so-called UVV test with the help of the experts required for this, the company Auto Werkstatt Süd, on over 40 swap bodies at our locations in Berlin and Kruge near Eberswalde.
Occupational safety is a sure thing!
